Wireframes and UX research

Creating wireframes, clickable prototypes and conducting UX research for desktop application

As a Product manager, I worked with the team who was creating software to track their employees’ time spent on different apps and sites. I was hired to lead the product development and complete an MVP version to be tested on existing customers of the company.

My task was to define the value proposition and create sales scenarios for the team. To achieve that, I designed the relevant research, including the initial hypothesis and research questions, identified potential users and conducted the research.

When we started working on the project, it became apparent to me that the design of the client’s user interface could present difficulties for their customers. It was necessary to create wireframes and conduct UX tests so that we could come up with final visions of optimized screens and designs for the Desktop application and only after that proceed with the development.
